Hi,
To be healthy, every day I try to eat as much fruit as I can. I am allergic to some fruits. But still I can eat Pears (which are great source of vitamin B), and bananas (soruce of vitamin A, B1, E). I like to drink milk, because it is a great source of protein. Eating vegetables is also very healthy. 
Doing sports is healthy too. When it's warm outside, I like to ride a bike. Now in the winter I often go ice skating. I try to limit junk food.
Sometimes I go to swimming pool. Leading a healthy lifestyle is not too hard.

  1. hello, we like your health habits. We think that they are not hard, too. Here almost always it's sunny and warm, so we can go outside to do sports (play football in the park, go skating, ride with the SMX, and go surfing or bodyboarding, because we live in an island).It's a Paradise.
