our school year is close to an end. We are very proud of the activities and pictures that we have shared with you this year, and we are already thinking on other things that we can do for the next course.

Have a Good Time on Holiday!!! It is pretty soon....

Healthy life style is very important part of our life. If we want to be healthy we should do exercises, eat healthy and sleep a lot.
  It's important to sleep at least 8 hours a day, during sleeping our body and brain take a rest. We also have to eat 5 meals a day. Our food should include a lot of vegetables, fruits and fish. It is better to limit sweets and salt and use more herbs to prepare dishes. It isn't good choise when we eat fast food because those food contain a lot of fat and calories.
 If we have garden, we can grow our vegetables and other plants. It's also important to avoid smoking and drinking alkohol.
 It is good to spend our free time outside. If we have possibility we can go for a walk to the forest or to the park. Even during a winter, even if the weather isn't so nice. If you have for example a bike, just use it:). Our condition is better when we have some sport. There is so many activities we can do, for example: riding a bike, rollerblading, swimming, running, tennis, horse riding and volleyball. it would be good if our activities take at least 30 mintes everyday.
 We shouldn't spend so much time with our computers, mobile phones and watching TV. Also we should take care of our environment to have a healthy life style.

UK masterchef

Serves 6-8 (this recipe is suitable for all ages with adult supervision) EQUIPMENT Large mixing bowl Chopping board Sharp knife Teaspoon Oven proof tray Fork Wooden spoon Frying pan INGREDIENTS 500g minced chicken/turkey/lamb/beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped 2 tsp mild/medium curry powder 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp paprika or cayenne pepper 2dsp fresh coriander, chopped 1 egg, beaten 50g fresh breadcrumbs 1 tbsp oil Assemble all the ingredients and equipment you will need to make the zingy meatballs. Check the child understands and knows about all the equipment and ingredients you will be using. Make sure the child washes his/her hands and wears an apron. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ gas mark 4 2. Put the mince into the mixing bowl. Add the onions, garlic, curry powder, cumin, garam masala, paprika, coriander and mix well. By adding these spices, we get a delicious flavour without having to add any salt 3. Add the beaten egg and breadcrumbs and mix again. 4. Divide the meat mixture into 15-18 even sized pieces and shape into balls (about the size of a walnut) Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw meat so you don’t transfer any germs that may be on the meat to other food or equipment. 5. Heat the oil in the frying pan over a medium heat and using a spoon add the meatballs. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and place them on to the tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven. Remember to use oven gloves! Allow to cool slightly and serve with a fresh, crisp green salad and tomato salsa sauce. Hi,
To be healthy, every day I try to eat as much fruit as I can. I am allergic to some fruits. But still I can eat Pears (which are great source of vitamin B), and bananas (soruce of vitamin A, B1, E). I like to drink milk, because it is a great source of protein. Eating vegetables is also very healthy. 
Doing sports is healthy too. When it's warm outside, I like to ride a bike. Now in the winter I often go ice skating. I try to limit junk food.
Sometimes I go to swimming pool. Leading a healthy lifestyle is not too hard.

 Hello,
Today I would like to tell a little about healthy food.
 Sweets and fast foods are not good for your health.
 This kind of food contains a lot of bad fats and sugars (exactly carbohydrates).
 When you eat too much food like this you can be fat or have some dangerous diseases like diabetes.
I know something about it, because my grandfather is a diabetic and my mum works for the company where the insulin for diabetics is manufactured.
The insulin is the medicinal product for people who suffer from diabetes
First of all you should eat more fruit and vegetables because it will be healthier for you.
Vegetables and fruit contain a lot of vitamins and microelements and it increases  immunity of your body and make you feel better.
Unfortunately people eat a lot of unhealthy food like hamburgers, pizzas, ice creams or other fast food staff.
I steal try to eat healthier food like fishes and salads. Drink some juices like apple or orange.
And of course I try to avoid to eat ‘bad food’ but sometimes I do not succeed! 
I can say that my favorite dish is a fish with lemon, carrot salad and apple juice!
