My Favourite Food
My favourite healthy food is spaghetti bolognese. I often have it for dinner at weekend, my mum makes it. I really like it because it's very tasty. Here's a recipe for it:
Ingredients:
-2 cloves of garlic, -one peeled onion cut into cubes, -one carton of tomato sauce, -25 dags of minced meat, -salt, pepper and other favourite spices, -a bit of yellow cheese (if you like) -spaghetti pasta.
How to make it:
1.Fry the garlic and onion on a pan with a bit of oil. 2.Wait until they vitrificate. 3.Add the meat. 4.Fry everything until the meat changes colour, mixing it with a spoon, so the meat won't stick to the pan. 5.Add tomato sauce and your favorite spices: salt, pepper, oregano, basil etc. 6.Cook the pasta like it's written on the box. 7.Put the cooked pasta on a plate, then the sauce on it and then a bit of cheese (you want it to be more healthy don't add cheese) on it.
8.Bon Appetit.

Nowadays teenagers don't like vegetables and fruits. They prefer fast food, called junk food. But hamburger hasn't got as many vitamins as for example strawberry salad. Iron is important too. Only real meat has got enough iron for human. I ate a lot of McDonald's and I was overweight. I saw many people who ate only fast food and miss PE. Now they are plump and ill. Now I am healthy because I love salads and fruits. If you train on PE you'll be slim, strong and healthy too. I've got two examples of salad. The first is fruit salad. It's made of: strawberries, bananas, kiwi fruits and melons. The second is vegetable salad. It's called Greek salad.

Every Tuesday  we promote eating wholemeal  bread.
Whole grains contain key nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, protein, and fiber.
If you're buying packaged bread in the supermarket, be sure the label says "whole grain" or "whole wheat."
Some of us bake bread at home.
