Nowadays teenagers don't like vegetables and fruits. They
prefer fast food, called junk food. But hamburger hasn't got as
many vitamins as for example strawberry salad. Iron is important
too. Only real meat has got enough iron for human. I ate a lot of
McDonald's and I was overweight. I saw many people who ate only
fast food and miss PE. Now they are plump and ill. Now I am healthy
because I love salads and fruits. If you train on PE you'll be
slim, strong and healthy too. I've got two examples of salad.
The first is fruit salad. It's made of: strawberries, bananas,
kiwi fruits and melons. The second is vegetable salad. It's
called Greek salad.
